Alert: Human Rights Act 1998 Breach

A private meeting will be on Zoom today regarding the breach of our beloved Ras Soul Jah Human Rights and Data infringements by some in human organisations.

We shall discuss in the meeting a petition to strike these corrupt organisations out of public services.

Treating individuals unlawfully, unfairly, inaccurately, inadequately, irrelevantly, maltreating people, abuse of power, no respect of privacy, liberty, and security.

. Failure of provision of duty of care, protection, and justice against alteration of medical record, false accusation, discrimination, mistreatment, misjudgment, slander, liable, malicious falsehood, misrepresentation, bad imaging, deformation of character, social media deformation, cyber attack, and police brutality.

. Non-compliant to the Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) EU, United Kingdom citizens, and every human worldwide not sharing personal data information with third parties.

. Compliant procedures to Information Commission Office (ICO)

. Court proceedings against these organisations under sections 7 & 8 of the Human Rights Act 1998.

. Compliant of provision of duty of care and alteration of medical records under the Health and Safety Act 1974 under malpractice.

A petition will be signed by all Ras Executives, and a draft bill will be made available for the Council of Elders, Patriarchs, and Matriarchs in the African and World United Embassy for approval.

This will be passed into Bill by 12th August 2022 that will bring changes to the misconduct of organisations against vulnerable members and humanity worldwide.
