The community talent hunt, often shortened to CTH The Community Ten over Ten Initiatives, Talents and Resources is a diplomatic entertainment movement aid. The aim is to work with youths in order to develop them morally, socially and guide them on how their talents can tapped in to and lead them into a bright future.
We are not only focused on youths who are talented in the arts we also plan to provide an apprenticeship scheme with the local Government, private and public sector to implement apprenticeship in the community in order to reduce poverty, starvation, injustice, oppression and discrimination in Sapele Delta state Nigeria and the rest of the world.
Subsequently we will use the Diplomatic Entertainment movement to drive positive change through the power of entertainment, this will create dialogue and a platform for talented youths to show case their talents and in the case where their skills lay in other fields such as craft we will assist the youths to achieve and develop their craft knowledge through the apprentice scheme in all communities around the world!

WHY?
Now more than ever, a very real need exists for the important work we do. Millions of people are affected directly and indirectly through marginalisation, this leaves communities disenfranchised, facing preconceptions and negative stereotyping.
HOW?

OUR HISTORY
Community Talent Hunt shortened (CTH) Community Ten over Ten Initiatives, Talent and Resources was created by Field Marshall Major (FMM) President Ambassador Spiritual Leader Sir Boss I and I African Emperor Ras Brethren Kess Majemite.
It is imperative for all of us to continue the development and growth of Community Talent Hunt, Community Ten over Ten Initiatives, Talent and Resources in United Kingdom, Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear, Africa and the Africa people is a great example of entertainment diplomacy."
Our process:
Target and identify disenfranchised global communities of all backgrounds and ages.

Bring together different people in communities and worldwide into one team, creating a unified team to compete against each other and emerge a winner.
Create a strong legacy through our 'Cities for talents and entertainment programme. Challenge mindsets by educating and empowering communities using our workshops and talents Entertainment diplomacy toolkits.
